Actionary is a personal project, built and run by a single independent developer. By creating an account or using the app, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Actionary.

Actionary is a task-management app, provided free of charge. It's a personal project rather than a commercially-backed product — there's no dedicated support team, no uptime guarantee, and no service-level agreement. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You own the tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create in Actionary. We don't claim any ownership over it — we just store and display it back to you so the app can function. You're responsible for what you put into it; don't use Actionary to store or share anything illegal, and don't use the app to abuse, attack, or interfere with the service itself or other users.

Actionary is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a personal project maintained in spare time, features may change, break, or be removed, and the service could go offline temporarily or permanently without advance notice. Please don't rely on Actionary as your only copy of anything critical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actionary and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including lost data.

You can stop using Actionary and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, such as abusive or illegal use of the service.

If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
